Emily's Ramblings

Aaaaah!! It's 1 1/2 months till bubby gets here and I am NOT ORGANISED!!! * is stressed*. We still haven't gotten a bit of stuff, so I am hoping she doesn't come early. We are moving now as well, so everything is a bit all over the place at the moment. Barrrrrrrrrggg!! I am really excited about bubby coming, just I want to be a bit more organised. Leeon and I have decided on a first name that we both really like, but we haven't come up with a middle name yet. It's so difficult choosing a middle name. I don't want something that's old fashioned, and Leeon likes completely different names to me. Hmmmm.....

The last couple of days we have been in Maryborough while Leeon has had some work. He really enjoys working on cars, so that's good. I don't share his enthusiasm, but it's all good, lol. At least he's enjoying himself.

Bubby is really cute. She is kicking me while I'm typing. Lately I try and sleep and she kicks me on the side I'm lying down on, so I roll over. Then she kicks me on the other side. I finally lie on my back and she starts kicking me again. I can't sleep!!! Oh well, lol. She's worth it. I can't wait till she's here, even if she is being a rat of a thing, when I am trying to sleep, lol.

I'm thinking of selling my cat. I really don't want to, but I can't have her where we are moving so I think I'm going to have to. :( Bah. Leeon and Dan are moving some of our furniture tonight. I feel a bit bad cos I can't help with carrying much but oh well.

Anyhows, I have no great news to report, so I shall end off here.

Well, it's been quite a while since I've written in this thing. A lot has happened since then. I now live in Hervey Bay near the beach (OooOoO), which is cool.I do miss being able to catch up with my friends in Toowoomba though. At least Leeon can do his studies here though and he has some work occasionally too, fixing cars at a place he used to work. Bubby is due in 2 1/2 months, so we've been busy buying stuff that she'll need. I love baby shopping, lol. I'm really excited.

Leeon is studying mechanics, and I'm taking a break off of uni until December, cos otherwise it would be too stressful with uni and a newborn baby. I'm still going to continue uni, it will just take a bit longer to get done.

Well, I'm going 2 go for now...but I shall return (dum de dum *dramatic music*)hehheeh. I get to find out my exam results in exactly fifty two minutes!!! Aaaaaaaaaaaarrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrggg!! :D. Hehe. I am excited. I think I did well, so it's cool. I can't wait till I get to start on my next subjects, cos now I'm getting into the fun ones, like children's counselling, abnormal psychology, clinical diagnosis, etc, etc...OoOOo. *dances around excitedly** So yes...............

I have no idea what I want to do with uni, etc. I don't think I have the energy to keep it up full time as I'm so tired lately, and I have to decide what I'm doing by Friday. Aaaarrrg!!! *runs around pulling out hair and screaming* Lol. Seriously though... I'm debating whether I should do it full time and just aim for a pass or a mark that's good enough, or wait. I didn't ever want to get shitty grades though. I don't feel as motivated with it lately either. Hmmm....

Well, heaps has been happening lately. Leeon and I are engaged, and I'm also pg. Uni started up on the 3rd, which was also my b'day. Yay. So yeah. I'm doing Motivation and Emotion, Social processes of behaviour, data again, and also intro community welfare and development. It's interesting. I'm not too sure what I'm going to do with uni yet tho, as I'm sooo tired. We shall see... L and I are back living at Mum and Dad's as the whole flatting thing to help mum out with money as she left dad didn't work out. She went back to him but didn't give us notice before she ended the rental contract..so now we have nowhere to go except here, till we find a house. I think its good she went back to him. I just would have liked some time to find a place before we had to move though. Ah well. It happens... Anyhows I must go for now.

This morning I woke up to Leeon kissing me on the cheek and telling me he wants to buy 4000 worms for fishing. Ewww. Lol. I can just imagine him keeping them in the lounge room. 4000 worms in the lounge room...UGH. Lol.

I feel really happy at the moment. I just spent a little while playing uke, guitar and keyboard. It was relaxing. It's been ages since I've played much. I barely even remember half the stuff, which is quite sad. I miss playing my sax. It was awesome, and it had such a nice tone. I was looking on ebay last night with Leeon at some of the Alto Sax's, and a lot of them looked great for what you pay. There was a Yamaha which I wanted. One day, when I have enoughmoney I'm getting a saxophone, a good guitar, and lessons for both. It would befantastic. Also, I might join jazz ensemble again in choir. We shall see... I would love to be so involved in stuff if I could. Music lessons, choir stuffI'd love to play some kind of sport and I dunno... I just want to do more things for fun.

I can't wait till I go back to uni. It will be fantastic. I am really looking forward to next year. I'm looking forward to my subjects, excluding data analysis, which I'll be doing ONC this year. At least I'll make some friends. I didn't really want to have to do it again though.Ah well. It should be ok. I really can't wait to go back and start studying again. I love psych. It's so interesting.

This year was good and bad. I broke up with my ex, Ed and Mum both ended up in hospital for major stuff which was stressful, and just other stuff too.I just felt a bit overwhelmed. It's also been good too though. L loves me, which is awesome. We fight sometimes but he means so much to me. And I completed my first year of uni. Yay. Only two more years to go!! :D I think I learnt a lot this year.

This arvo Leeon and I are having a New Years Party thingy with our flatmates. I don't know if it will be interesting or not, as we are the only Aussies, and they all know each other a lot better. It should be ok though. It's something to do. We went out on Xmas eve looking at Christmas lights with Christina, and to the markets on Saturday, but other than that we haven't done much together.

Men are mules. Ok, a scenario. You cut your artery in your finger to the bone, on a glass door handle. Blood is pissing out all over the floor. You lose about a litre of blood all over the floor, in the sink, on 3 towels and some clothing... Do you go to the hospital when it won't stop bleeding??? No. Because you're a man. You don't go until ur forced. Point proven. Men are mules. Lol.

Well, heaps has happened lately. We got kicked out of SV, and had to move. L and I ended up staying at mum and dad's (which was different, lol),and then moved into a house with some Malaysians. The place is pretty cool. I like it a lot better than the village. It's so much more relaxed. Exams are also over, so now I am officially on holidays. Yay. It's awesome. *dances around spastically* Hehehehe. :D

I went out today with E for coffee. We went to an underwear party as well. It was interesting. There wasn't a great deal i was interested in, but some of the stuff was nice.

Leeon says that I mean less to him than biscuits so he will sleep on the verandah. And then I shall creep up on him in the dead of night and paint his fingernails pink and his toenails purple. I shall feed him green soba and his skin will turn green, so he shall look like the guy in the movie 'Liar, Liar', except his skin shall be green....because green soba is green. Not purple. Leeon wants me to tear his clothes off and rape him stupid, however, I think it would be most unappealing to rape a green soba shrek. Daha.

Estoy Emily, dioso del todo. And thus is Emily..... DaHA. :D I am going to be a rap artist. I shall sell thousands of records and become uber famous with my incredibly incredible skills that I possess. ^o) Leeon and I shall tour the world and he shall sing Opera in conjunction with the rap. HEHE. Soba is awesome and it looks green if you cook it with Nori. Want some? I want to do bellydancing. I shall be an exotic dancer. Come to the opera house. One day I shall be rapping and bellydancing there simultaneously. And then I shall own a house on Mt Everest and be uber famous and eat green soba daily. Leeon is trying to diagnose me with a psychosomatic disorder......I can't see why..... :s LOL. jk. Estoy Emily, dioso del todo. Adios.

I had a fantastic day today. L and I went to some thing in Pittsworth with mum. It was good. We tried stuff like wine and cheese, and yoghurt that was coffee flavoured. It was good. There were also paintings and craft stuff to look at. It was interesting.

Apart from that I just lazed around and watched dvd's with L. Work called me at like five cos i didnt turn up. I called them earlier before and told them I couldnt get in, but they are just bah. Lol. They don't communicate well with one another. I didn't want to look slack today, but there is no way I could walk seven hours there and back for a six-ish hour shift. I would be exhausted and I don't think I can walk that far. There are no buses on Sunday, which sucks. But yeah. It's all good.

The law of familiarity states that people tend to like things they are familiar with. People like the colour blue because they are familiar with it. E.g. sky is blue. Why does no one like the colour green then??? Grass is green. Whyyyyy???? Lol. A random thought. I do not know one person who's favorite colour is green, but everyone's favorite colour is blue. Random. Lol. :D So yes.......

Well, today has been great. I had been on uni holidays, so today was the first day back to uni. It was ok. I got some of a data assignment done, which was good. I also did some psych B work. Lately I've been hanging out with Leeon as well. It's been good. Other than that I haven't been doing a lot. I hung out with the family on Sunday, as it was Dad's birthday. It was good. I had work afterwards for a couple of hours, and then coffee with mum. So yeah....not a lot new to report. I have a lot of uni assignments due lately, which is a bit daunting, but it's all good. I like uni. It's fantastic. So yeah....

I have had a productive day. I've worked on my essay, as well as did an interview for an assignment. The interview was actually quite interesting. I enjoyed it. I hope I got enough information for the case study, but it should be good. :D

I had a fantastic day today. I went out for coffee this morning with Mum and Steve, which was interesting. We wandered around the Sunday markets afterwards, and looked at random stuff there. There was a computer for about $500, which actually seemed alright. Steve wanted some electrical clamp thing too so we went to a hardware store but it wasn't there. I also had work, which was good. It was only for 3 hours, and afterwards E gave me a lift home.....which I am especially greatful for. :D Thank you my dear, darling brother who I love so much!! :D He saved me from a 3 hour walk. :D Terri also offered to give me lifts home when we're both on night shifts so I am like thank youuuuuuuuuuu..... :D She is awesome. Lol. And I got some research done for an assignment at the library, which was great. So all in all, I've had a productive day. It was good. :D Yay!!! :D

Tonight Monika,Erin and Mie e asked me to hang out with them wehn I got back from hanging out with Emma so that was cool. We has a few drink s and talked a tllot and stuff. It was oogd but kindard odifificult to undersitand them. tIt was fun though. The werent to the uni club but no one was rhter really so theacame back and havd a feww drinks heree.I havikke work tomorow whithv is cool.

Today I almost ran into a pole.....multiple times.

I told Mum C and I broke up because he's a Mormon and I'm a Wiccan.... and he won't let me perform blood sacrifices in his house!!!!

Today was fantastic!! I really enjoyed it. This morning I went out for coffee with mum, which was good. She gave me a really nice purfume too. It's called Imari (I think) and has a kind of evening perfume smell...it's nice. :D After that we went looking at mobile's for Laci. We ended up getting a Nokia something, which was ok. Then I went to International Music and got Ed's b'day present, plus some interesting guitar picks and a soft pick for my uke, so it doesn't sound so tinny. Lol. It was cool. After that I went back to uni and did some uni work, which was ok. So yeah..
